Connection issues: Be sure you're connected to reliable Wifi or LTE when using these features to ensure the best quality for your recording. Try using more than one network to test if possible
App and software version: Make sure that you have the latest version of the Anchor app installed, as well as software installed on your device
Audio quality: When using the 'record with friends' feature, confirm in advance that you and all your friends on the call are in a quiet space when recording to avoid any additional background noise
Reinstall the app: Try reinstalling the app from your device to reset any incorrect or false data that could be causing connection issues
